OK, I know this is two in one week but I just wanted to say that I am grateful for what I have. I am grateful for my little girl who was born healthy and perfect in every way. I am also grateful for my husband who is there for me and Aja everyday whether he is home or not. When he is not home he is working and going to school for us so we can have even better lives. When he is home he is willing to help with whatever didn't get done that day. He is great guy and I don't I could have asked for a better husband or father.
I am writing all this because I just found out that one of my best friends aunts went into labor and through all that struggle she ended up losing her baby. That was one of my worst fears was I go through all this pregnancy and in labor and delivery I lose her. I am grateful that didn't but it makes me feel very sad inside that this lady will never get to hold her baby and watch her sleep like I can. It makes me feel like i need to cherish every moment and make sure that I am doing everything in my power to protect and love this little girl and to make sure she knows she is always loved. Here are some words from the mother. I will end with this.
Whitney Butler Hawkins: Today our sweet baby boy, Maximus Kyle Hawkins was delivered after 3 days of laboring and finally came after an emergency c-section. 9 lbs 10 oz, 20 inches long. Our precious Max was too perfect for this world and returned to his Heavenly Father. We love and miss him dearly but know he is in a better place watching over us as our angel. We love you, Maximus! You will be in our hearts always...
