Goals in deail
So, I was told that i need to say what my goals are, So that friends and family can help me out with accomplishing them. Well, first I would like to lose some weight. I will not say how much I would like to lose because I am the only one that needs to know. I also would like to get a better job so that we can live more comfortably and not worry as much. Then I would like to get out of the house more because I really don't get out when I don't work especially when Andrew is gone all the time. Finally is I would like to get going with school and finish as much as I can, that way it will help with the job process and also i will have something if something ever happened to Andrew heaven forbid. I would say the biggest ones that i would like to work on the most here is the weight and school. I would like those accomplished the most this year. If anyone has any idea's that would be great. I just don't want to pay a lot of money to lose weight that's a big thing that stands in my way. I sound weird and may not make since but that's OK I am just rambling LOL! Thanks for listening people's.

alright I can work with those. my idea is that we should have weekly work out/healthy lunch date. one day a week, we work out together, here or there and then go get a cheap healthy lunch like subways daily subs, they are like 3 bucks. that will help with the losing weight and also get you out of the house with a girl once a week. :-) deal?
The easiest thing to do is watch what you eat. I have found that getting less on your plate is better than what you think you will eat. After you have eaten, sit, and ask yourself if you are hungry before going back for anymore. Also, only eat when you are hungry. I SNACK, which is NOT good. I have really tried to ask myself when going to the fridge if I am eating just because I feel like it or am I really hungry. Finally - nature can be your gym - go running outside (when it warms up). If you have small dumbbells at home or soup cans do the basics of weight lifting everyone learned at school or pushups, crunches, squats, etc. Most of all, do it in the morning!!!! If you wait, you will find some excuse not to. I do! I'm in this with you - this is the year for change!

I'd like to add a little something here. When you feel hungry, sometimes that's your body telling you that you're thirsty, so get a drink of water first. More water is good for you anyway, so even if your really hungry, it's not like it will hurt you to drink something.
For a cheap gym membership, join a rec center. My friend just joined for $44 for 6 months. The great thing about that is they usually have a really nice gym, plus a pool and everything. (I prefer water workouts.)
