Milky Falls

This is Andrew or Drew or Andy lol. Well...... Here is one full pic of the falls. Milky Falls. I do like this one but I would wait till mid June to take your car here and if you really want to go now then be prepared to use a truck or jeep. Unexpected

So, yesterday Andrew and I had the day off together which is great!! We decided that we wanted to go hike. Andrew has to pick easy ones because I am too far along to do hard ones, so he looked through his "Utah Waterfalls" book and found this one in Manti that you can just drive to the trail and then its like an easy 3 min walk down to the waterfall. Well, ya the drive to Manti was fine but when we got into the canyon it was a dirt road which was fine still we started getting to pot hole valley, so we were dogging all these holes probably looking like we can't drive straight on the road. It was a good thing that no cars where coming up or down. After about a 2 miles we ran into a muddy road Andrew insisted that we could make it and that we didn't drive all this way for nothing so we kept going, well.... we got to the point where we could not go anymore there were so many muddy puddles that were deep, our car would have never mad it up. We were close I guess so Andrew decided to go see the waterfall while I stayed in the car. The funny thing of this whole story is, is that Andrew decided we didn't need hiking shoes before we left because of what the waterfall book said that we drive to the trail and walk down to the waterfall. Well, we learned our lesson the book is not always right at certain times of the year. So we had flip flops and Andrew decided to go barefoot to the waterfall which was harder and took longer to get to. I did not have the need or hunger to walk in that so I stayed in the car. He said he would be back in few mins, which turned into and hour no joke. He was all muddy from his knees down when he got back to the car. I was mad and laughing at the same time. Needless to say we had a good day and bad day, but they make the best adventures. We ended up going home and cuddling that night and watching a movie. It was great!! ;) I will post the pictures we got later Andrew took it to work to show friends LOL!
